Avocado, cheese, and tuna with flavor

Ingredients:

1 cucumber
1 small can of prickly pear
1 avocado
block of cheese (your choice depends on your preference)

How to prepare:

Remove easy. I thought about it the other day and haven't tried it yet, but it gives me a substitute instead of using crackers.

Cut the cucumber to reasonable thickness. Put a slice of cheese on the cucumber. Then a little avocado and finally a little flavored tuna on top. Great snack!

Zero Carb Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

3-pound chicken wings
6 T. Hot Sauce
1 bar of butter
2 qts. cooking oil
Lawry's spiced salt

How to prepare:

WINGS: Cut entire wings at the joints and discard the tips. Sprinkle wings generously with Lawry's seasoned salt. Fry until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.

SAUCE: Combine melted butter and hot sauce in a large bowl, mix well. Add wings and cover evenly.

This recipe is for soft wings: add extra hot sauce for more heat. Serve with blue cheese and celery.

Bacon and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
5 or 6 slices of bacon, crispy fried
1 small onion, minced or less
15-20 large mushrooms

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 350. Remove the stems from your mushrooms, reserving 4 or 5. Clean the mushrooms well and reserve.

Chop the onion well and cut the reserved stems.

Fry the bacon until crisp, reserving the fat. Cook the onion and stems until tender in the bacon fat. Drain off fat and add onions/stems to softened cream cheese. Crumble your bacon into the cheese mixture. Mix well Take out a little from each mushroom cap. Bake for about 10-15 minutes on a rimmed baking sheet, then broil to brown the top
